OmniOn Power™ has expanded its CC-series of rectifiers with new 86-volt (V) versions of its CC7500. Engineered for harsh industrial environments, the conduction-cooled, IP65-rated rectifiers help ensure consistent performance, making them well-suited for precision manufacturing processes.
To help meet the demands of medium-power laser applications, two of the 86V rectifiers can be connected in parallel to deliver 15 kilowatts (kW) of reliable power. Their versatile design supports both horizontal and vertical orientations, enabling high-density stacking in a minimal footprint.
The new 86V rectifiers feature three-phase, 360-509VAC inputs to support customers in regions with 400V/480V utility power. The new rectifiers build on the company’s previously introduced 75V CC7500 rectifiers to help meet the power needs of laser customers around the globe.
